Welcome to the ELUX website. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

ELUX is a salt nicotine e-liquid brand based in Pakistan. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms refer to ELUX and its operators. References to "you" or "your" refer to the user or customer.

All products sold by ELUX contain nicotine and are strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By placing an order or creating an account on our website, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to:

• Request valid proof of age before processing or dispatching any order.
• Cancel and refund any order where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Refuse service to any individual we reasonably believe to be under 18 years of age.

It is a violation of these terms to purchase ELUX products on behalf of a minor. Any such orders will be cancelled immediately.

All ELUX salt nicotine e-liquids are available in 30ML bottles in 35MG and 50MG nicotine strengths. Product descriptions, flavour profiles, and images on our website are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue any flavour or product at any time without prior notice.
• Limit order quantities per customer for specific products.
• Update product descriptions, pricing, or imagery at any time.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer a substitute or a full refund.

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods:

• Online payment: Through Shopify's secure payment gateway (credit card, debit card, and supported digital wallets).
• Cash on delivery (COD): Available for orders within Pakistan, subject to a delivery area check.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

When you place an order on our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is considered confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — 2 to 4 business days for major cities and 4 to 7 business days for other areas within Pakistan.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, extreme weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or reshipped at our expense.

Due to the nature of e-liquid products and for health and safety reasons, our return policy is as follows:

• Opened products: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any e-liquid bottle that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken.
• Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
• Unopened products: Sealed, unopened bottles in their original packaging may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer — you will need to provide your bank account details.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

All content on the ELUX website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, brand name, tagline ("Beyond Tomorrow"), images, page layouts, and visual design — is the intellectual property of ELUX and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from our website without prior written permission.
• Use the ELUX brand name, logo, or any associated branding elements for any commercial purpose.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our website content.

Wholesale partners and authorized retailers may use ELUX branding materials only as provided through our official partner program and in accordance with any brand guidelines we supply.

ELUX products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You are using ELUX products at your own risk and discretion.
• ELUX shall not be held liable for any adverse health effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, nicotine sensitivity, or pre-existing health conditions aggravated by nicotine consumption.
• ELUX is not a smoking cessation product and we make no claims regarding health benefits.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from the use of our website or products.

By using the ELUX website, you agree to the following:

• You will not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website's functionality.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, server, or database.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data or content from our website without written permission.
• You will not submit false information during checkout, account creation, or any communication with us.
• You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.
